The software products created and offered by us were developed and tested within the company itself. In addition to working with Amazon and eBay, we were able to implement an effective and stable connection of the Plentymarkets e-commerce system with leading marketplaces such as ManoMano, Alibaba, Bonanza, Cdiscount, Allegro and many others.
The idea of this solution is simple: using a single product database uploaded to Plentymarkets, using plug-in connectors (plug-ins), a stable interaction of these two systems is ensured.

To connect each marketplace, you need its own special unique separate connector, designed specifically for this site.
After the initial setup, such a plug-in works in automatic mode, ensuring data synchronization, taking into account the remains of goods and informing the owner of any errors or failures that occur.

"The hub" is a program that manages data from the ORM of the "Plenty" and synchronizes it in its own database using "Plenty's" REST API.
While active, "the hub" monitors and processes changes in all mandatory parameters, for example inventory, delivery times, prices and availability of products on specific marketplaces. Afterwards 'the hub' uploads the gathered information directly on the chosen marketplaces, in accordance with the specific technical demands.
These can be CSV / XML feed settings with their own structure or http managers with strict parameters. The data is uploaded to the market at a certain interval of 15 minutes up to a day.
Differences in upload time can be attributed to the various differences between marketplaces, including the allowed quantity of http-requests or the amount of automatic downloads of feed-data.
"The hub" is constantly monitoring new incoming orders on connected marketplaces.
When a new order is found, "the hub" immediately confirms to the marketplace the reception and processing of the order and transmits the data to "Plenty".
In "Plenty", it controls the status of placed orders and updates the marketplaces with more information whenever available, examples being tracking numbers, information regarding the transportation company or the link to the invoice.
It does so by alternating between describing orders as 'received', 'shipped' and 'cancelled'.
Installation and monitoring of "the hub" is done via the "PlentyMarkets" Plug-In and comes naturally and with an intuitive user-interface.
Here "the hub" can be activated, deactivated, orders can be edited, feed-data can be generated and protocols can be tracked.
In it's current iteration, Эthe hub" can concurrently communicate with up to 60 leading marketplaces in Europe and the world.
With access to it's own database, "the hub" doesn't get hindered by limitations in the amount of permitted http-requests in "PlentyMarkets".
